We set out with the dream to sustain traditional district culture amidst the megacity of Istanbul. While shaping our project with the desire to revive social life, we clung to the idea of horizontal architecture, so that our story would not stray away from sincerity. And we did not forget about comfort, either. So, we added high ceilings and large terraces to flat plans. We dreamed of restaurants and cafés within reach of an elevator travel and bedecked the streets with spacious shops.
We wanted to create a living style far beyond a mass housing project… And that’s how “STAY CEKEN” came to life.
