While designing the RealMerter project, we set out to develop a project that would lead with new vitality in its region. This is a very dynamic area for residential and commercial use and users who want to use both. The project area is located between the commercial and social axes around it. We planned to increase commercial and social vitality by providing urban spaces that will reinforce these social axes, with square and landscape designs that sit at different levels, within the project, and by establishing connections between them. Although it can easily benefit from the proximity of this activity, the residential part, which has its own quiet and safe social area, is located on the upper level. With their triangular designs, the residential blocks rise above this dynamic structure, creating scenery and space without blocking each other. We have planned the residences in a variety that will appeal to all types of users, in a modern style as well as in line with our traditional family structure.

RealMerter will be a pioneering and leading project for the first time in this center. Its commercial areas make the work easier and stylish, residences with social details carefully thought out, and rich living spaces that will add value to the region.
